Is it okay to post open house info? I have a fix and flip opportunity

I'm holding an open house on a property tomorrow that's a great candidate for a fix and flip in sunrise, fl. I don't want to run afoul of the rules or come off as disingenuous, so I wanted to ask before posting details. It's a little over 2,000 sqft, 4bd, with a pool and screened in porch.

If anyone has questions you can PM, or, if it is okay, I can post info in this thread.

(if this runs afoul of the rules, I'll delete)
