Here is the story, I have a client that I am selling her house here in MI and she is moving back to Tuscaloosa, Alabama and is in need of a Realtor to help her out with buying a house. She has asked if I have any contacts in the area and I figured this is the best place to find someone to help her. She was referred to me by someone on BP so I wanted to keep it within the BP group first.

The plan is to have her moved out by the end of June so she is looking to buy in July.
