Good afternoon all,

I'm in search of a Real Estate Agent around the Joint Base Lewis-McCord, Washington area. The ideal candidate would preferrably be an investor in real estate him/herself, and/or have experience with investors and investment properties. I'm looking for a duplex around base, and am currently still in the process of doing tons and tons of research on "House Hacking", so bear with me.  Thank you all for taking your time in reading my post.
