Los Angeles area High-Split & 100% Commission Brokers?

id say any that starts at 70 or higher and goes to 100 by the time one grosses 50k is also generous too if a big franchise (like Keller Williams in nyc does, but their monthly & desk fees add up even if never use them)

obviously these aren't for most newbies cuz u get what u pay and theres likely little/no lead support but does anyone know of any servicing Los Angeles and/or OC?

if u know of the transact fee would be great too, thanks..
