Has anyone found success as a realtor or investor doing posting on CL? I have found to many people have terrible credit and are not good renters for the most part? is CL an avenue for GOOD business?

from a personal experience...I found my house in highlandtown that i am currently renting through baltimore CL. I have always used CL for this purpose and I'm sure i will advertise future rentals through CL as well.

I'm sure there will be more bad than good but that's where proper screening comes into play.
