Hello

I wanted to introduce my company and product to all of the agents and brokers on this board looking to increase business and commissions.

I am a sponsor of 1031 exchange properties, and we always have investment property on the market for investors who like stable, class A to B income producing properties.

We are currently marketing our properties as Tenants in Common (TICS), and want to bring agents and brokers deals. If you have investors or clients in an active 1031 exchange, we can help you produce quality investment properties as an option. Our properties are selected based on the stability, cash flow, and future appreciation.

These properties are sold as REAL ESTATE and not securities. This allows us to pay you a co-operative brokerage fee of 3% based on the total purchase price of the transaction.
