Finding a Managing Broker

Hello,

I have recently passed my broker exam in Illinois and currently am looking for a managing broker to work under.

I will be primarily focusing on my own deals and am not looking to represent other buyers or sellers.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction on how to find a compatible managing broker?
