Hey BP,

Today I took the California state exam for salesperson , and passed ! I wanted to thank people who guided me along the way . Now I have a lot of questions . What brokerage to choose ? What should I start learning at home ? How is the interview process for a sales agent.? if anyone can share advice or tips , I would greatly appreciate it ! Thanks ????

@Alex Duarte My question is are you looking to become an agent or an investor with a realtor's license?  You've already received advice on what you need to do to become an agent, but if you want to be an investor with a realtor's license, you should network with local investors and get their take on who is a good broker to work with.  You may even find an investor who is a broker and you can get place to "hang your license" and an investing mentor all in one swoop.  Just an alternative to consider.
