How to find a broker to work under in Philadelphia?
I just completed my 60 hour course to become an agent and have passed the online test, the next step is taking the PA proctored exam. Before I can do that, I need a Broker to work under. I know a few agents and I'm sure if I were looking to be a typical agent I'd have no problem finding a broker, however, I'm more interested in my own deals. I want to be able to get in first, buy for myself, etc. I doubt I'd ever list my own properties as I wouldn't be as responsive as a (good) full-time agent that was available during the day.
How do you find a broker that works with part-time agents that are also investors? Your thoughts and ideas are appreciated.

I'd like to know as well! @Troy S. what did you think of the course? Where did you take it? I'm interested in getting my license for the exact reasons you are.
