Any agent who work the Terrell, TX (Kaufman County) area and can provide a reasonably priced BPO / Detailed Market Analysis on a tenant occupied property, please reply with your price and availability. Tenant is easy to work with on scheduling. I will be re-selling as soon as I close and need to know more on market conditions for the area.
