I am looking into purchasing a plex for my next investment.  My current real estate agent got me into my current home and says she can also help me find plexes.  Is there a specific "type" of real estate agent I should be using for plexes or does it even matter?  She seems like a go getter.  To throw another bit of info out there.  I may be open to fixers, forclosures, and/or short sales.

Wow you guys replied within minutes of my posting! Thanks for the prompt and much respectful feedback. I will keep using my current real estate agent for residential searches (1-4 unit plexes also). Placing a call to a loan broker to check my financing options after posting this.

Thanks again.
Kyle
