Do you give/get discounts for multiple rental listings

i started to use just one realtor for all our listings. i give her multiple listings per year. just this year she has listed 4 succesfully.

i have purchased a few with her, 4 to be exact, but she knows i will use her for the rental listings.

this is for the realtors and landlords that use real estate agents and the MLS:

Do you receive or give a discount to investors that you use over and over? if so, what is it? my rents are between $975 and $1250. is having a set price of let's say $1k per listing unreasonable?

thoughts..?
