I’m an aspiring property investor, don’t have any property yet, but looking for something in future.

Being in IT, I’m curios what software (particularly web based, SaaS) real estate agents, or landlords use. Does anyone know?

Is there any software that manages the relationship between the tenant, landlord, and real estate agent?

If there are no SaaS based applications available, what desktop applications are part of the agents aresenal?
