Looking to get my brokers license
I've been doing buy and holds for a few years now and am looking to get my brokers license this fall. At first to be able to buy my own properties, then friends and family, then hopefully it'll spread to more clients. What are the best parts of being a full time agent assisting buyers. What are the worst parts? What should I be prepared for? What are important strategies a good agent uses? Any input would be great.

@Sean Kuhn - We have a saying that "buyers are liars and sellers are yellers". But it can still be fun. I recently sat and waited 30 minutes for a buyer to show up (they were late). And there's no guarantee that they will buy from me.
