Cold Calling Programs
Hi, although I'm not new to this forum, I've never asked a question. I wanted some advice on cold calling systems. I do not intend on using these programs to solicit listings, but to purchase houses from sellers whose listings have expired. I've used RedX, but its very weird to used, and most of the numbers/names that come up are always on the DNC list or disconnected. Basically shovelware. Can anyone recommend a program that I can use? Any help, comments or advice will be greatly appreciated.
