How do you do your cma's

Hi Realtors,

I am re-entering the world of sales after a few years doing other real estate related things. For you investment-oriented agents I want to know how you do you CMA's? Do you use one of the mls tools that comes with mls? (Our board uses Matrix and there is a pretty good cma program that comes with it. Our board also offers Cloud CMA) Or do you use some other cma program or spreadsheet program?

Also, If you're doing cma's for your own personal investment analysis do you use something different? ie: do you use a CMA program like matrix cma for dealing with clients (it produces a really nice, clean cma presentation) And use something different to value properties for personal investments...like a spreadsheet or something that offers more flixibility?

Thanks for responses...
