Hello everyone, I'm new here....I have a situation and I need some recommendations. I have a new listing only 4 days old, the owner needs to do some repairs which he agreed to put them on his credit cards. however, he calls me and tells me if we can freeze or cancel the listing. He's trying to get a line of credit. The bank will not lend him the money if the property is for sale. Can I freeze it for a week so he can get the funds? Any advice?
