Best Practices in Avoiding Painful Buyers Agents

I no longer entertain buyers agents from Carbutti and Company due to a past bad experience with one of their agents. The scenario was that a buyers agent wanted to be an impediment to closing a transaction between on the final walktrough she believed that certain outlet's needed GFCI. In this particular property the GFCIs were on the circuit breakers which is acceptable by code. She wanted me to spend money hiring an electrician to certify something that was not a real issue.

How do we indicate in Agent Notes on the MLS that if you are a buyers agent bringing that type of stupidity to the table, that you need to piss off and bring your buyer to another property.

try building 75 new builds over the last 3 years and dealing with all the home inspectors who call stuff out and dont know what they are doing.. sometimes you just have to say NO not doing that.
