Hi, I’m looking to get into my first property but am having a hard time finding the standard agreement for sale of real estate in Pennsylvania. Does anyone know where I can find it?

If by "standard" you mean the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors contract.......you can not use that. It is created for, and licensed to members of PAR to use. It is not for use for the general public.
