notice of sale had been given to home owner...can they still sell if they wish?

Hello everyone,

I have a question...Can the homeowner still sell his home if he had been served the Notice of sale document? Trustee sale date is is likely to be set but with an all cash buyer I think it could happen...Anyone has any experience or input? Any advice is appreciated. Thnx.
