Has anyone had luck getting out of a realtor.com contract

Hi, I am in a contract with Realtor.com until December. The leads are horrible and I've heard that some agents have had success getting out based on the new lawsuit selling one lead to multiple agents. Does anyone whose done it have pointers or been successful at getting out?
