Client interested in selling OR Wine Vineyard & LA Distillery..any RE broker advice?

HI BP,

I have a client interested in listing a Vineyard in the Willamette Valley and another with an LA based distillery considering listing their properties and assets/businesses for sale. I'm well versed in commercial RE and some business sales but was wondering if there is any advice or specialized local RE professionals that might want to collaborate on the listings or marketing?

Also any lenders that are focused on these type of sales? 

Hoping to learn and provide client with the a strong team as we've seen a solid influx of investors relocating from the Bay/Napa area.
