Question for Realtors

Hey everyone happy new year, I’m pretty green to all of this and have a question. I’m looking to invest in either a condo or a townhome or even a single family somewhere in NJ and open to quite a few areas. Since this search is so broad is this something one realtor could help me out with or does it go by area? Looking for some guidance and advice here.

Great Questions.....possible you find one that knows a lot of areas, but also common that you don't.  I think it would be nice to stick with one, but that may not be possible.   While I am licensed in all of Texas, I would be of no use to you really to help you in more than 1/2 the state.  I know NJ is smaller, but probably same there.   Some agents will focus on a specific area and never really go outside that area and others may be familiar with several locations.

How do you find that right one....tough question.  Ask around, call and ask, get recommendations here.

Anyway you can narrow the search?
