Huntsvile, AL Multifamily brokers

Looking at buying some multi family properties in Huntsville...been doing some research on brokers and was seeing if anyone on here had any dealing with a gentleman named Josh Jacobs. I have been told to stay away from him and that he is currently being sued for fraud and might lose his licneses. Any one have any dealing withs him? I did search and there is an active lawsuit against him. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt but just wanted to see if anyone had dealt with him before.
