What makes a great leader in the real estate industry? Who are local iconic real estate leaders or effective influencers in your community?

What makes them stand out? What are the ideal qualities? What keeps them driving forward? Examples?

Some my personal mentors/influencers here in Chicago have been @Mark Ainley, @Prashanth Mahakali, @John Warren, @Joe Mueller, and @Brie Schmidt.

All of them have become good friends mainly because I was willing to ask questions and get to know them.  I've found that the most authentic leaders are willing to help anyone if you ask and be curious!

Plus just try to get to know people instead of using them...
