Exploring Real Estate Market Insights and Regulation in the USA

Posted

Hello everyone!

We are a team from a startup working in the field of real estate search in the USA, and we would like to reach out to experienced specialists and real estate agents to get your opinions and advice on a few questions related to regulation and industry practices in this field.

  1. We are seeking information about whether a licensed real estate specialist in our team (has Florida license) can receive compensation from other licensed specialist-sellers. Perhaps some of you have encountered such a practice or know how it is regulated in different states.
  2. We are also interested in whether a licensed real estate specialist should be designated as the responsible party in our company (LLC), and what requirements exist for this role.

We would be grateful for any advice, recommendations, and thoughts on these matters.

Thank you very much for your attention and support! We look forward to your comments and messages.
