Brokers Specializing in Leases

I’m set to take my real estate exam in PA and wanted to know if anyone could recommend any brokers that specialize in solely working with leases.

It’s a small niche that I can’t find many brokers doing in Philly.

Any insight is much appreciated!

Probably what you're looking for is Property Management.   I would just ask around for what are the biggest, best, and most reputable PM companies, then contact them and see if they need leasing agents.
Tough business with low returns for most people...I do it more as a courtesy, sometimes probably lose money doing leases, but have strategies to turn that into profitable future transactions.
Why do you only want to do leases?
