Awesome experience with San Diego realtor Noe Alonzo Nesmith Jr!!

I just had to share some praise for our experience with Noe, who's part of the David Greene team based out of San Diego.

Me and my lady are newer investors – 1 SFH rental, 1 flip under contract, and I property manage an AirBNB/retreat center, all in the Austin area.

We make the choice to leave Austin and find our next home base to invest in. San Diego was at the top of our list to check out, so of course we got in touch with the David Greene team.

We ended up being paired with Noe, who was so awesome to work with. He's super knowledgeable about the San Diego area and has a very solid background with rentals, STR arbitrage, small multi family, and more. Noe was able to confidently advise us on the million questions we had about investing & renovations with single or small multi family in the area.

In the end we've decided to plant roots in Boise, where I'm originally from, which was a bummer because we would have loved to work with him! In the future if we decide to make moves in the San Diego area Noe will be the first person we call. I would recommend him in the blink of an eye to any investor interested in single or small multi family in the area.
