Ethical for Buyers agent to negotiate directly with Seller ongoing
I am curious if it is ethical to have a Buyers agent negotiate only with the Seller directly, and not with the Sellers agent?

@Julie Nealey - No, unless the sellers agent have given them permission to do so.
