Ready to take license exam looking for a sponsor

I am about to take real estate license exam and looking for a sponsor, Ohio requires having a sponsor before taking the exam. I am a CPA who own a small private practice in West Chester, Ohio. Besides that, I also own a few rental properties and manage an office building now. My clients always ask me to help them negotiate real estate deals, so I have a little real estate experience.  Now I eagerly await finding a sponsor and take the exam to make purchases some more rental properties in Dayton area.
