Question- Am trying to figure out what my principal broker is trying to do. Basically I was given exclusive for my company to lease out different office/retail spaces. So far I've leased out a couple of spaces. These are 3-5 yr leases with commission as well being paid on the option years upon renewal 3 or 5 years down the road. I noticed lately that I'm getting mixed messages from my principal that seems he wants me off of these listings.. I've been trying to call him past couple days and have a conversation by phone but he wont answer. Yet he hasn't explicitly or politely told me that I'm off of this assignment... I get the feeling that he wants me to walk away on my own.. Is there a reason I may be unaware of why he would rather I walk away on my own by  sending an email of resignation in which maybe there are legal ramifications as to what he will have to pay me and as to why he simply wont tell me or email me that Im off this assignment??

Thanks for any insight
