Need Low/No Monthly Cost Texas Brokerage to Hang License

I need to hang a Texas license at a brokerage with minimal monthly costs. Commission split not that important, as Im just hanging a license. Needs to be a brokerage that does not have a Brokerage Exclusivity Clause in their ICA. Real Brokerage for instance has this, and will not work as that would interfere with my brokerage business in other states.
