Brokerage that I can join, just to do my own personal deals?
So I'm closing in on my RE license in FL here in the next month. My whole reasoning for getting my RE license is to invest in my own skills so I can have a really good understanding of all the moving parts and to handle most of my own investment deals. I only plan on buying for the first 3-4 years and maybe help buy or sell a faimly/friends house once or twice. I'm looking to mainly use my license for personal use and don't need a desk and would also like to retain most of the broker/agent split as I'm not doing this for a career. If anyone has any agency's that comes to mind lmk. I'm in the Tampa Bay area. Thanks for any advice! 🙏

Keep in mind E&O insurance typically doesnt cover you on your own deals, and most lawsuits against agents are on deals they were the buyer/seller on. (Thus why E&O excludes personal deals)
