Comping Commercial Lots in Citrus County

Hi Everyone,

Figured Tampa is the closest south of Citrus County so I'd post here. Are there any resources I could use to comp out vacant commercial land other than Co-Star? I'm a licensed Realtor in Illinois, so I have reciprocity in Florida, just haven't got around to taking the test yet. (Probably should get on that!) Zillow is really only good for vacant residential lots so no help for me there. I'm working with a seller and we've agreed to a price on his residential lots, I just can't grasp at all what the value of these commercial lots are and Co-Star has nothing.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
