After much deliberation I have decided to wait to get my real estate licence, although I will eventually do so. So I need to find a good real estate agent in Northern Utah, (Weber and Davis counties preferably) that knows the ropes of real estate investing. Does anyone have any recommendations? How does it work if you just want them to pull comps for you? Can I pay a flat fee and they'll pull all the comps I want? Thanks
