Newbie here!

Thinking about obtaining a Real Estate license in Arizona but I am active duty out of San Diego. My family owns a construction company that does about 20 builds every year and will primarily be commissioning out of their company houses. Thoughts?

Absolutely worth it for you, you have 20 guaranteed commissions a year and if you learn the business and your market you'll be able to find great deals for yourself as well.
