Hi all, I've been working for just over a year with investors, primarily as a real estate investor for agents. My questions to you guys are: 

1) What draws you to work with one specific agent versus another? 

2) Wish list time: What do you wish your real estate agent would start doing in terms of value provided? 

3) What do you really dislike that your agent (or other agents) do?
