Unsure About Obtaining License in Nevada

Alexander Joshua
Posted

Hi,

I am not a realtor; however, I will be attending Kaplan online for real estate education, and then I'll be taking my exam in my state. I currently live in New Mexico, however, I'll be moving to Nevada in February of 2022 officially. I'd like to get my license in my state of NM, but I'd also like to get a license in NV since I'll be moving there very soon.  I am unsure of a number of things, the first being if I am required to take the 90-hour course in NV? Based off what I read online, I wouldn't need to do the 90-hour course, but I'd still need to take the exam over there? That is part I am most confused about.

Any information will of be service! Thanks for reading!
