Need help with new career

Hello BP, I have just recently finished my pre-licensing and filled out my TREC application. I need help deciding on a brokerage and whether or not I should be on a team. Also, how much should I realistically have saved up before starting my career? I am located in El Paso, Texas and would like to speak to some professionals in the field to gain some insight.

@Chandler Butler
I would suggest looking at teams. Why try to reinvent the wheel? Join an existing team of agents that know what they are doing to expedite your process of learning the business so you aren't wondering aimlessly about how to build your business. As for savings, I would say 3-6 months of reserves. For a lot of new agents, it takes about 3 months for them to close their first deal.
