Recommendation for Texas Realtor licensing courses
Hello,
I am wanting to to get my real estate license hopefully by end of this year. I would like to look for an online course that I can do it on my own time. I also don't need tons of support. I am good at test taking and studying. I plan to get a license for myself mainly to purchase investment properties. I would appreciate any recommendation! Thanks

Champions is awesome...online and in person....but there are a ton of others...Aceable Agent, Kaplan, CE Shop. I have a nice coupon for CE shop if you need one.
You can also go to TREC website I think and somewhere in there is pass rate....but sounds like that probably won't matter for you.
Also one idea is just take the classes, but don't get licensed if you just want to buy/sell for yourself. You don't need a license to buy/sell 1-2 properties a year if you are like most investors. Get a great realtor on your team to do the contracts for you and provide you a ton of information you will want and need and will save you more money, than going at it alone.
