I was speaking with a Florida Real Estate agent and they told me about a feature called iMapp that they use to pull leads of any kind anywhere in the state of Florida. The feature is in their FMLS and is very helpful from what Ive been told. I was wondering was there a feature like this in Georgia or on Georgia's FMLS?

@Mitch Price, I use Remine to source for potential listings, so yes, off-market properties are included. Remine is similar to Propstream in that you can filter through absentee owners, property type, home equity, year built, ownership time, bed/bath count, etc. At the end of the day, I'm sure both platforms pull from the same data. Remine is included as part of my annual Realtor dues so there's no point for me to pay for Propstream while having access to Remine.
