Looking for realtor to show Lakewood area on Aug 25th

Hi there everyone, I’m a newer out of state investor looking for my second investment property. My wife and I visited the Lakewood area outside of Cleveland and really enjoyed the neighborhood, and now we’re looking for a small multi family for a long term rental investment. I would love to meet with a realtor who’s available on august 25th to show me the area and some local knowledge, and is experienced with investors.  Let me know it this can work for anybody, I would love to meet you!

 Hey! I am an agent here in Cleveland who is actually helping another agent from Columbus do pretty much exactly what you're asking for. I've been touring a bunch of Lakewood duplexes and triplexes for the last 2 weeks, so I have a pretty good beat on the market and what the inventory is like right now.
