What should your agent know and do to best serve your business?

I've been a broker in Colorado since 2017, run a transaction management company that handles hundreds of transactions per year for other brokers, and am looking to pivot/grow. I originally got my license to learn about real estate on the ground with the ultimate goal of doing my own investments. I've very much enjoyed working transactions with investors and I'd like to focus on that specialty. I have a few questions that I wanted to throw out to all investors so I can get an idea of where I can start to add value.

• What do you expect from your agent?

• What do you want them to know? Specialties, skills, expertise, etc.

• What would you consider to be above and beyond service and mega-value from your agent?
