What are your main problems in marketing or IT technology?

Hello. Today there is a lot of writing about lead generation, CRM, social media, email and video marketing. And everything seems to be true, but I'm interested in how deeply real agents use these tools and what are the main problems they face.

I’m interested in real stories from your life. As an example, someone made his website and did not understand why it is needed. Or there was an unsuccessful experience of advertising on Facebook, when the money flew away, but there were no calls. Well, or someone is afraid to start their own youtube channel, because they don’t like the videos shot on the phone, but it didn’t work out to edit it.

P.S. I’m a big fan of real estate and real estate investment myself. At the same time, my main activity is related to Internet marketing: I have successful ecommerce projects, an Internet marketing studio and I run a youtube channel. But since my market in the coming years is not the most profitable (Ukraine). I am trying to study the experience of the market in the United States. Perhaps my experience will be applicable here as a real estate investor or as an Internet marketing specialist
