Need Investor Friendly RE Agent for Out of State Investor

Hi,

Looking to invest in small multifamily properties in the Cleveland area. I would like to try MLS but also open to unlisted deals if the property is right. I used the tool on this website for investor friendly agents but none have responded to my inquiries. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
