Looking for the right agent

I was hooked up with a decent agent, brought me to properties, walked through the process with me. When it came time to pull the trigger on a property I heard nothing until it was far too late. I’m looking for a new agent in the Western Mass area, preferably one who deals in multifamily homes. I’m preapproved, also have enough for 30%+ down. Just need the right agent!

Since it will be an investment purchase be very picky with who you pick as your agent. Most agents advertise "buy, sell, invest" but lack the knowledge on "invest"..(some lack knowledge on all 3).

I'd say have an intro meeting with your agent and ask them to talk to you about the numbers on previous investment transactions theyve done to get a good feel for their experience.
