Help Getting REO listings

Hi everyone, I hope all is well. I am a licensed Real estate Broker and Home improvement Contractor Here in NY. My partner is running with my home improvement business so I can start to build my real estate business. I really think my skill set would be great for REO properties. I know this is an impossible market to get into and it takes time. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or help with ways I can get across to the asset and property managers that I can handle everything. Thanks again EVERYONE!!!
