REI Agent near Columbus, GA

I have family in the Army that are currently stationed near Columbus, GA. They'd like to purchase as an First time Buyer. They want to begin their REI journey by hacking or converting when they move. Within the military there is a huge network. Looking for an Agent that has experience near military bases to provide advice. I understand things like the legality of them getting out of leases for deployment, etc as they themselves have taken advantage of that previously.
