Hey all,

If an agents name is on a listing with the corporate/principal broker, is it assumed that your the one receiving the commission, and the principal broker is like the "house", or the principal will split the commission as well like a broker on the deal, in additional to the split going to the "house", or shop?...

Typically all listings and buyer commissions are the broker's and they split it with you.
