Hi! Newbie investor here! I'm relocating to Salt Lake City from San Diego and looking for an agent. I need someone who can help me find and negotiate for a home with an ADU, basement apartment, duplex, or other house-hackable property. Any SLC investors out there who can recommend someone? Thanks!
